On 17th November 2025 – Sarah Lear conveyed her passion for the glass of Karl Parson by showing our group a wide selection of images from England, Scotland and Ireland. Much interest was generated around our own Nativity window and its place within the Lady Chapel. Sarah described the influence that patrons had on the finished work, as well as describing the design and manufacturing process of within the Arts and Crafts Movement.
Our choir photograph from 1917 showed a GTS Reid so Sarah is now pursuing a possible connection with the James Reid of Aucherarder, to whom the Nativity window is dedicated.
